GGuest UserI was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is very clean, which made all the difference in comfort. The breakfast is varied and tasty, with good options to start the day off right. The staff was excellent, always helpful and polite. The location is another positive point, as it provides easy access to several attractions and services. Considering all this, I found the cost-benefit to be very good. I would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserHotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

GGuest UserMax Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

DDrumondI went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

Ibis Savassi is close to the customers I usually visit, also having restaurants and shopping mall not far from it.
A convenient stay.
I just believe Ibis should reward frequent guests; but they don’t; simply they do not care anymore.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located. I found the service from some of the staff to be a little cold. I didn't understand the fees being charged at check-in, but I was late for an appointment and it was precisely at that time that I found the employee unwilling to explain the fees.
Furthermore, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are courteous and attentive.
Parking is charged separately.
I recommend the hotel and would stay/stay there again on other occasions.

GGuest UserThe service left a little to be desired, due to a rearrangement of the staff, but nothing to be disappointed about. The room was small and very simple. The only thing I found was the bed was noisier than it should have been.

YYoushanThe service attitude of the front desk attendant was extremely poor. The taxi I called for me had already started the meter when I got in the car. I asked the driver about it, but he pretended not to know. However, I know it is impossible for the meter to jump so much when I get in the car tomorrow. I rejected the fraudulent driver and reported it to the front desk and called a new taxi. The girl at the front desk said there were no other cars. When I asked her which direction the nearby Av. Brasil was, she also shook her head and pretended not to know. How could she not know such a famous street? She must be unhappy because I didn't cooperate with her and was cheated by the driver.
