Room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony while taking in the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend Riverview Apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable and picturesque stay!

CCy jiaThe environment has nothing to say, the terrace is a beautiful beach! Also comes with a small pool. However, Trip.com It is said that it is the first four-star hotel in the surrounding area that has been opened in 24 years, but the facilities in the room are outdated, especially the bathroom. It looks like it was renovated 20 years ago. The supporting TV, air conditioning, and bathroom are very backward. The bathroom nozzles are fixed and very inconvenient to use. Hope Trip.com provides accurate information,

GGuest UserCheck-in was very smooth, the balcony view was beautiful, the two rooms did not disturb each other, and the living and dining room was very convenient for friends to gather. There are Japanese and Italian restaurants opposite the hotel, and a Chinese restaurant next to it. Highly recommended

LLast TouristBeautiful setting. Kanawa Bay is idyllic. It's modern and well planned. The hotel is surrounded by water & beautiful walls. The hotel has free parking and a cozy cafe which doubles up as the breakfast area and general dining area- it has limited seating capacity. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable & quiet. There's even a filter water cooler on every floor that dispensers clean cool water. The rooms only lack night lights. Breakfasts are cooked well & very tasty. There are plenty of local eateries in the surroundings around the hotel that are well worth checking out. Coles and Aldi are located within walking distance at the Stockland Birtinya shopping center.

GGilly76Lovely location. Close to alot of necessities most notably a hospital and a shopping centre all within walking distance. Has a beautiful lake popular with fitness oriented people. Wasn't overly fond of my room as I was placed next door to a family with screaming kids. And the close proximity to each other means we can hear every little sound like the banging of doors nd chatter. That was my only gripe. Also the parkings great as we all have our own allocated spot. Would definitely come back here again but next time have my own door. And lastly the price i found was affordable for a solo traveller. 👍
