"Hotel was in a very isolated location with only a supermarket and bar nearby - if you wanted to go to a nice restaurant it would be at least a 10 minute drive (impossible to walk to). We had originally asked for a room with a king size bed, this was not given to us even though we were the only people staying in the hotel when we arrived. The service was minimal and we had to ask multiple times for new towels as our room wasn’t cleaned at all. A breakfast was offered for €11 extra but we chose not to take it - we were glad as it didn’t look the best and could get a better breakfast for less money a 2 minute walk down the street. The swimming pool was out of service as they were “waiting on something to check the quality of the water” and also did not look the cleanest. There is also an outdoor seating area but it was extremely dirty. A lot of work needs to be done."

I was misled by the name and booked two nights. I paid for two nights but only stayed one before moving to another place. The only advantage is that parking is very convenient."

"The first image on the Ctrip hotel homepage can easily mislead one into thinking it's a high-rise hotel with city views, but in reality, it's just a low-rise building of a few floors. There are a few details about the check-in experience that I'd like to point out: 1. Inconvenient for luggage: There are several steps in front of the hotel entrance with no accessible ramp, which is very inconvenient for guests with large luggage or strollers. 2. Lacking in-room amenities: The bathroom didn't provide conditioner, leaving my hair like straw in the hot weather. Also, the shampoo dispenser was loose, indicating that the overall maintenance isn't quite up to a four-star standard. 3. Mediocre breakfast experience: Although breakfast is served from 6 AM, when I went at 7 AM, the egg cooker was still only lukewarm. However, other aspects were decent: the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they offered luggage storage. The room's interior was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. As a four-star hotel, it would be even better if the hardware details could be improved."
