We made the reservation a little ”over time”, a little worried about the less positive comments we had read. The room they gave was huge, with views on the main street and a large bathroom, good beds and couchs, and we were going with a half-pension scheme, which was the best option. The hotel has excellent conditions, the team is very sympathetic, careful and available, exceeding the professionalism. The Spa is one of the best we have found, with a very complete water circuit. The involvement is very pleasant in the middle of forests and cascades, and one detail that is worth mentioning: unwillingly and without having realized, we dropped a amount of money (€60) and, when we arrived at the room, after the cleaning, The hotel was placed on the desk in the room. For all reasons, we recommend this hotel in deep Galicia.
