"Our recent stay at Diwata Resort, San Pablo, Laguna from June 12–13, 2026 was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jassthine Reolada and her team, whose service went above and beyond expectations. At the reception, they greeted us with genuine hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The driver of the mini jeep, housekeeping staff, restaurant team, and most especially the General Manager, Mr. Arvin Salvacion, all displayed the same level of attentiveness and professionalism. Every interaction was satisfying and gratifying. The food—whether from the buffet at lunch and breakfast or our à la carte dinner orders—was consistently delightful, prepared and served with care that elevated the entire experience. A thoughtful detail that stood out was the welcome drinks offered while we waited for our room at the Igorot Village. Since check in time was 2:00 p.m. and we arrived past 12 noon, Ms. Reolada personally accompanied us to Hapag Diwata Restaurant where we enjoyed the lunch buffet. This gesture reflected their commitment to making guests feel comfortable and valued. The excellent service continued until the very end of our stay. Even during check out, we were given utmost importance, with a courteous housekeeping staff ensuring that the mini jeep we would be riding was properly arranged. It was clear that guest satisfaction was their priority from start to finish. While our overall experience was outstanding, we believe there are a couple of areas that could further enhance guest comfort. Internal communication among staff should be kept discreet and away from guests, as conversations within hearing distance may unintentionally expose negative matters and cause discomfort. Additionally, providing more ventilation in the loft type rooms would make them even more enjoyable, especially during warmer periods. Overall, our stay was marked by genuine hospitality, seamless service, and a warm atmosphere that made our visit truly memorable. The Admin Office Staff of the Food and Beverage Department of Century Park Hotel left with grateful hearts and a strong desire to return, knowing that this nature resort in San Pablo, Laguna delivers not just accommodation, but an experience worth cherishing. "The staff was great especially Ms. Che and Sir Eduard. The food was great and the service was excellent. They even went above and beyond to setup the bonfire. The bed was also great to accommodate my kids. The only issue here was the unbelievably confusing rule on number of people in the room. They wanted us to pay for the kids stay since it exceeds the number of allowed people in the room. Even though the website says kids stay for free. This made us pay extra kids who by the way were just 6 and 2 yrs old. We just paid to end the long conversation and rest up since we had a long day attending my grand mother’s funeral and interment. "We stayed at Sulyaps for 3 nights whilst in San Pablo and I have to say we were absolutely stunned at how beautiful it is there. From the moment we arrived (too early for check in) and were greeted and welcomed with the biggest of smiles and enthusiastic and caring staff. They kindly stored our luggage and we went to the restaurant for some breakfast which we paid for and I have to say it was worth every penny. It's a typical Filipino breakfast and it was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous along with water and coffee free flowing. After breakfast we were informed that our rooms were ready and that we could use them now free of charge. We were shown into the gardens with bonsai trees and a beautiful cage of exotic birds down a lovely path full of beautiful plants and tree, sculptures and carved images until we got so our rooms. When we looked at our room we were breathtaken as they were so beautiful with air con and a huge shower, complementary water, just perfect. Throughout our stay we were treated wonderfully with a smile all the time such beautiful people. I was a little gutted that the pool was being repaired as I love to swim but I didn't bother me too much. There was no fridge in the room which I think would have been a bonus as it's sooo hot and we like a cold drink. But when I come back to San Pablo I will not be staying anywhere else as this place has sooo much rustic charm and is very appealing to the eye where ever you look (and we didn't get to see the museum) it's an absolute gem. So if you find yourself in San Pablo this is the place to be I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed 😁🙏😁🙏😁🙏"

The pool and the whole place were relaxing and well-kept din po. The restaurant prices were affordable. The location was easy to find, and your staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. We had a great experience and would definitely come back. 🤍"
