Ramada Properties in Kunming

The hotel's location is excellent, just an 8-10 minute walk from the North Entrance of Kunming Station, making travel incredibly convenient! The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in, even upgrading our room for free. They were patient and helpful with all our inquiries. Dining and buying fruit around the hotel were also very convenient. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which is perfect if you need to catch an early train – the timing is very accommodating. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a good variety of hot dishes, congee, pastries, and fruits – plenty of choices. The room exceeded our expectations; it was spacious and bright with good natural light. All the facilities were new, clean, and odor-free. The bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet and peaceful. For catching a train, staying here offers great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a great environment. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. There are also many local snacks nearby.

This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that.
