Hangting Hotel Properties in Kunming

The location was fantastic. The hotel was very easy to spot, and the pedestrian street was right around the corner. Taxis were readily available right outside, and the metro station was just a few minutes' walk away, making getting around super convenient. In the evenings, we enjoyed dining and taking a stroll along the pedestrian street.

The hotel is very good. It is near Kunming Airport. I often stay there. Their free pick-up and drop-off service is very good. You are not afraid of being woken up if you are late. The room is also clean and hygienic. If you come early, you will get a packed breakfast. The service is very good, and the beauty at the front desk is also very smiling😊! Recommended.

Staying in a newly renovated hotel is just so comfortable! It's clean and tidy, and the family room is spacious enough, with one 1.8-meter bed and one 1.35-meter bed – it's hard to find a room like this. My two kids and I stayed there and it was super comfortable! The room was very quiet at night, and the blackout curtains were excellent; it was completely dark even during the day when closed. The hotel's environment fully matched the pictures shown online. Every staff member, including the cleaning aunties, was warm, polite, and provided thoughtful service – it was truly heartwarming! The breakfast was abundant, and the three stir-fried dishes in the hot food section were different every day and tasted great! We stayed for ten consecutive days and were satisfied every single day. The hotel's location is also excellent, in the old district of Wuhua, so nothing is far away! Behind it is the Kunming Zoo, which has a large, shady garden with lots of trees and many animals, plus some amusement park rides that the kids really enjoyed. The only minor flaw is: when room cleaning doesn't require changing the sheets, it would be great if the beds could still be made neatly. Guests who have had a long day would surely feel much better returning to a tidy room!

This Hanting Hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the location is excellent – super convenient for getting around, right on the old street in the city center. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and went above and beyond, actively helping with our luggage. They were warm, attentive, and very thoughtful, really paying attention to the details. They even recommended a lot of great places to eat when we checked in, and the food was delicious! The room was comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Kunming!

The hotel is new and clean, and the staff are very helpful! There's a subway station next to the hotel, making it convenient for getting around, and taxis are also readily available. It's also very close to Shuangqiao Night Market. Highly recommended!

But I don't like the smell of electric aroma, so I opened the window and opened the door for a while. I used to stay on the 7th and 5th floors, but this time I stayed on the 4th floor; What's great about this Hanting Hotel is: 1. The PA lady on the 4th floor was warm and considerate, very polite, I really want their boss to give her a raise; 2. When I was busy at the hotel front desk, I put clothes in the washing machine and they would dry them for me by having the robot bring them up without me having to go down again. The service was great.
