"There was nothing good about the hotel other than the view! They had problem in every little thing! AC was not working, they gave some reason for 4 days same was the case with lift, Frequent power cuts was a genuinely a strong concern, inspite having one generator! On top of that the manager of the property was too rude! Midnight when we asked for 2 bottles of water, we were asked to come down because the lift was not working and night staff won’t climb stairs! On escalating this the next morning, we were given a stern response! Go to this property if you want to ruin your peace of mind and keep on changing property! They switch off the geyser by 11 AM because they want to save electricity! In my case the property was on low occupancy! When we escalated all this issue, I was told that you negotiated Rs 300 so don’t expect everything to be fine in one go! "
