The location is very peaceful and silent with the stream flowing down. The staff service was great. Especially Ms. Poonam, Mr. Aman and Mr. Lakshay were very friendly and very helpful. The library there offers you to get the books of your choice which you could read at times you are bored while sitting in your balcony looking at the mountains."

"Had a wonderful stay in Bookmark resorts for the past 4 days. The staffs here are very polite and treat us with great hospitality. Special mention to the people serving food with smile and quick response. Engaging children like Maakhan bhaiyya. Travel desk was also very helpful in guiding us with the right places, promptly arranging transport and following up like Yuvraj sir. What could be improved is AC , wifi connections as they were on and off. Similarly the indoor games can have more options to engage the kids better. Similarly the kids swimming pool should be arranged or atleast a part of the swimming pool depth could be made smaller for kids. Similarly the swimming accessories like ball or floating rings should be added. Outdoor options could be maintained better. The reception desk were very warm both during welcome and checkout."

"Hotel is located in Pirni at Hamta road. We booked two rooms for 3 days. Rooms were big and all required facilities were there like dental kit, shaving kit, towels, shampoo, moisturizer, kettle,tea cofee pouch etc. Food was good and tasty. Staff was helpful and cooperative. We extended our stay for one day to see snowfall and they managed cab and helped us to see live snowfall. Overall good experience."
