The hotel was decent for me and my partner we had the suite very decent but there was gag burns and very dirty windows as well as no deep clean stains and bodged repairs in areas. Overall I’d still highly recommend to friends and couples but will need a moped to get everywhere or cabs

This hotel toilet is blocking water . Slow water . And the lift is so hot.

The hotel is pretty far from the beach, I didn’t realize that when I booked. But overall was ok. The room was big enough for us, also the bathroom and the swimming pool. The bedsheet was a little bit dirty when we first entered, Breakfast was ok.

The ladies at the reception were friendly and helpful I would recommend their hotel to friends

When I booked the hotel, the app showed 4 stars, in fact it turned out to be 3 stars, but I didn’t take a screenshot with confirmation (( The hotel is located 7-10 minutes drive from the central beach of Ao Nang This hotel is not suitable for Russian tourists with children because of the distance. The room was clean, they washed the floor. 3 types of towels: large, small, for the feet. The towel for the feet was not changed. Once they did not give out small towels. Once they did not change the towels at all. We ordered room cleaning once every 3-4 days. The hotel staff are very nice and always ready to help Room 410 without a balcony, hotels with even numbers overlook the pool side and without balconies There were problems with the water pressure in the bathroom, sometimes there was no water at all. The shower gel and shampoo were half full It is better not to take breakfast at the hotel, very meager and not worth the money Our room also cost more expensive for us than a 4 star hotel with great breakfasts on the first beach line in Phuket I think I was deceived when the app showed 4 stars, then changed to 3, but I can't prove it without a screenshot. Wi-Fi worked worse in the evening Overall the hotel is normal
