The location is excellent. Parking was good but the location a bit crowded. i was given room with old sweat smelling.

Bed sheet dirty still have a hair . Pillow case turn yellow colour overall .room not very clean .

Location was so perfect for us, very comfy but we had problem about the wash room... it a little dirty when we check in. Have made complaint and the staff so fast handling it.

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the largest shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu, which is only a five-minute walk away. The B&B is also very close to the airport, and can be reached in ten minutes if there is no traffic jam.
