Very clean comfortable room with fabulous views. Luxury massive plush pilllows and spacious feeling. Firm mattress. Room cleaned and turned over daily with lovely fresh smell. Fairly quiet and corridors and lobby were modern and well maintained. Lifts had annoying ads running though. Good security features using your card to operate the lift. I chose this hotel for the pool and sunbathing deck to find it unexpectedly under renovation so was a bit disappointed. We enjoyed Bangkoks transport network for exploring the city. It’s only a ten min walk to the nearest BTS which doesn’t sound a lot but in the heat and humidity it’s a challenge so used grabs more than planned. Front desk and service staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. We didn’t use the restaurant or room service as felt it was a bit pricey so can’t comment.

The hotel is located in the middle of Soi 36, within walking distance of BTS Thonglor. You can also walk through Soi 38 using the pathway. The hotel offers a tuk-tuk service until 8 PM, which is very convenient. The room size, cleanliness, modern building, and affordable price make it a great choice for a 3-night stay in Bangkok.

The rooms were really clean, spacious and comfortable. Service level of their front desk and lobby staff was truly impeccable. They were responsive to our queries. Had a really smooth check in n checkout process and was great we were able to hang out and relax at the lounge while we kill some time after checkout and before our airport transfer arrives. The complimentary tuk tuk service was a blessing for us as we were traveling with elderlies and aren’t as mobile.

Riverside Bangkok|2.99km from downtown
I recently stayed at this hotel and was upgraded to a spacious city-view room. The room is well-divided into a living area and a bedroom, with a sofa, TV counter, and a small dining table for two. The space feels large and open, though the furniture is quite old—especially the sofa, which has lost its spring. Still, everything is functional and clean. The bathroom is spotless and well-designed, with both a bathtub and a separate shower area. The bed is soft and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide selection of Thai and international dishes. The variety and presentation are impressive—one of the best parts of my stay. Staff are friendly and professional, speaking multiple languages and always ready to help. It’s convenient to reach the hotel by BTS to Saphan Taksin Station and take the free hotel shuttle boat, which runs every hour. The riverside view along the Chao Phraya River is beautiful, especially in the evening. The hotel is only about 450 meters from Asiatique The Riverfront, an easy walking distance for dining and shopping. Facilities include parking, a swimming pool, restaurants, and an indoor lounge. Overall, a large riverside hotel with great service, outstanding breakfast, and relaxing atmosphere. Although the furniture is dated, the cleanliness and hospitality make it a pleasant stay.

It was a memorable stay because we celebrated the birthday of my daughter. Some guests were complaining about the noise but ours was great, near the lift as I've requested. The pool is great for kids. There was a lot to choose from for breakfast. One thing, I've requested for a cake to surprise my daughter but it did not happen. Anyway, over all stay..GREAT 👏

The room isn’t very big but it’s very clean. It might be a bit tricky if you need to open two large suitcases, but since my friend and I only brought carry-on luggage, it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. About a 10-minute walk takes you to a lively street with Robinson and lots of local snacks. The off-season price was really ideal. The pool is quite small, more suitable for soaking and enjoying the view.

This hotel is a good deal for someone who’s into fitness, they got a pretty well equipped gym, you can target all of your body parts there. Besides, the pool, the jacuzzi and sauna are some good additions too. The Thai staffs are actually quite friendly and helpful, they helped me pick a good quiet room and helped me find the location of the laundry. The breakfast is varied, especially they are very generous with protein source like chicken breast for only 249 thb. By the way, a good deal in Silom area.

It's a very spacious and clean hotel. For those who want a connection room they need to make a special arrangement. I would suggest the opposite room instead of Side by side room. There might be a chance to have pillar in between. So it's not okay to share toiletries or food. But shampoo and shower provided in the toilet as well. I like the room very much as it was not carpet in the room. Free flow of Pepsi, drinking water, tea/coffee and instant cup noodles is replenished very day. You can bring your water bottle and refill your water at the lobby along the hallway. They provide liquid soap instead of a soap bar and their bathroom was marvellous, the floor is dry after each shower. Their shower screen is well installed. There is a microwave in the room. Great for business trips too. Their bidet toilet bowl is great for ppl who do not use toilet rolls. The only thing I didn't like was ~their automatic curtain, there is a gap above the holder too wide, sunlight just shines in every morning before my alarm. For my room, my children's room was okay. ~There was no dressing table either. Although there is a big mirror, there isn't a lighting above or a lamp for women to do their makeup. ~The lighting on the ceiling was weird too. Doesn't meet the area in need. Like I mentioned, if you need to use the mirror, any lighting will wake the other person up. But still I will stay again when I visit Bangkok again.

The stay was pleasant. The location is very convenient, only a short 5-minute walk to BTS Nana station, and there are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and 7-11 stores nearby. We had an absolutely love 1-night stay at the Banyan Tree Bangkok! The decor, service, and amenities at this hotel are absolutely immaculate. From the room incense and scented oil, to the fresh fruit and bath foam/salts, we felt truly pampered. The service is flawless—from the moment you are greeted with a fresh flower bracelet, you are treated so kindly, with every need anticipated. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the service staff in the restaurant, who noticed me admiring the outdoor waterfall garden view from our far corner table and asked if I would like to be moved to a more scenic table after it became available. Returning to my hotel room, I wanted to take a shower and brush my teeth, but there was no toothpaste and no shower cap. It’s been several days that these items haven’t been provided, and I’ve stayed quiet. Tonight, I came back to my room again—still nothing. Do I have to request them every time before they’re given? It’s really exhausting. The housekeeping staff seem careless about restocking daily essentials, even though we’re paying for the room every day. The telephone hasn’t been cleaned for five days; it was covered in dust. I complained today, and only then did someone wipe it—but they used a small white towel that seemed to have been used by someone else. I don’t even know what it was previously used for. Since we talk on the phone with it close to our face, it’s not hygienic to clean it with a used towel from another guest room. I hope this issue can be improved—it’s the housekeeping department’s responsibility to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

Choose the hotel for the location. Easy access to bkk airport with one metro stop to Makasan station and 22 minutes to the airport to the train. Executive Room is okay, probably renovated. On the smaller side. Breakfast is very good. Coffee- one of the best hotels coffee I’ve had. Front side, facing the mall has nice view , however the room is not soundproof, and you definitely hear the traffic at night. Back side should be quieter. I booked a deluxe sky zone room and was given the room at 67th floor as per my request at higher floors. I have been here many many years ago and really have a good impression that time so I decided to rebook this one despite many other bad reviews on this hotel. True enough I still found it very pleasing and would like to come back and introduce to others. The hotel is near pratunam market, platinum mall, decembers and also easy to walk to central world and big c. This saves us transportation fee and spend the time wisely since our itinerary for this stay is shopping. The hotel offers scheduled/reservation basis shuttle services to the train link to airport and also trip to mall. We booked the room with breakfast and it has plenty of choices and we enjoyed it. Besides, the observation deck and revolving roof deck are a plus. The room is spacious, though of course old design and can see some sign of ages but it does not matter to us. We were also to slept quite well. The only issue I have is the aircon a bit loud and blows directly to my face. The hot water from the shower is also a bit challenging to adjust the right hot/cold temperature. Despite this, we are happy with our stay. Overall happy with our stay.

Vince Hotel has become my absolute go-to whenever I’m in Bangkok. The staff are genuinely warm and attentive—always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making every stay feel like home. What sets this hotel apart are the thoughtful perks: complimentary food and drinks, free buggy service, traditional Thai dress rentals (though I wasn’t able to book one this time), relaxing massages, and more. While the location may not be the most central, the convenience of these extras more than makes up for it. Breakfast here is simply outstanding—the most impressive spread I’ve encountered in all my travels, whether for business or leisure. And the beds? Exceptionally cozy, ensuring the kind of restful sleep that makes you wake up refreshed and ready to explore. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort, hospitality, and delightful surprises, Vince Hotel is an easy recommendation.

Amara Hotel offers one of the best services we've experienced. As soon as we arrived via Grab, the staff immediately assisted us with our luggage and brought it to the concierge, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The lobby has a pleasant ambiance with complimentary infused water and juice, and even a clean, well-maintained restroom. Although we had to wait a bit to check in at 3 PM, we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room from a deluxe to one with a private jacuzzi—complete with a great view and relaxing vibes. The rooftop pool also offers a beautiful view, though the drinks are a bit pricey. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and our room featured a high-tech toilet with a heated seat and automatic bidet. During checkout, the concierge service was excellent, allowing us to safely store our luggage. Overall, a great stay with impressive hospitality

Amari Bangkok – Perfect Couple’s Escape in the Heart of the City (2 Nights Stay) My partner and I stayed at Amari Bangkok for two nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and warm Thai hospitality, making it an ideal choice for couples looking for a relaxing city break. Check-in & Service: From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The team at the reception and concierge were always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. Room: We stayed in a Deluxe King Room, and it was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed with a contemporary Thai touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Bangkok skyline. The bathroom was sleek and well-equipped, complete with a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries. Facilities: The pool area was one of our highlights — a tranquil oasis in the middle of the city. We enjoyed an afternoon lounging by the pool with cocktails from the pool bar. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the Breeze Spa was a must-do for couples; the aromatherapy massage was heavenly. Dining: Breakfast at Amaya Food Gallery was exceptional — a wide selection of Thai, Western, and Asian dishes with fresh fruit, pastries, and live cooking stations. We also had dinner one evening at Italthai, where the food and ambience made for a perfect romantic night in. Location: The location couldn’t be better — right near Siam, CentralWorld, and Pratunam, which made exploring and shopping incredibly convenient. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself felt peaceful and private. Overall: Amari Bangkok exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, attentive service, and central location made our short getaway truly memorable. It’s a wonderful choice for couples who want a blend of romance and city energy.

The room was big but quite old, but still clean. The price is reasonable and it is located right in front of Ratchathewi station, only one stop to Siam. The staff were so nice as well. And the location is really near to major department stores. Will definitely go back everytime I have a chance to go to Bangkok.

Excellent hotel and service all around. Good vibes. Comfortable rooms, had access to executive lounge which really rounded out a great experience and value. Great check in service and overall helpful staff. Would stay in the suite again, but would like a two bedroom suite option.

Our stay went off to a bad start as the hotel couldn't find our booking and trip.com didn't know what happened as well. Trip.com took an hour to finally solve the issue. The hotel made it up to us by ensuring that our stay over the next few days were exceptional. The assistant managers, director of rooms and general manager were quick to check that our stay went well and ensured that no other hiccups occurred. Some issues with our rooms were quickly resolved as well. Breakfast was good and included made to order dishes, but the buffet selection could perhaps have more variety and more dishes on rotation.

As a guest at Galleria 12 Sukhumvit Bangkok, I found the hotel to be a great choice for both business and leisure travel. Its prime location near Asok BTS and MRT stations, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and vibrant nightlife spots like Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with modern amenities such as rainfall showers, minibars, and coffee/tea facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, always professional and friendly, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Their personalised service was truly appreciated. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities, including a fitness centre, outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary shuttle service to the main road, which added great value to my stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The lack of in-room food delivery was inconvenient, as I had to collect my Grab orders from the front desk. The on-site restaurant’s limited hours, closing at 1:30 pm, meant there were no dining options available for dinner, which was a bit of a drawback. The pool bar was unstaffed and lacked ambiance, and both the pool and gym closed early at 8 pm, which was restrictive for those wanting to exercise or relax later in the evening. Overall, while these areas could be enhanced, the hotel provided a pleasant and convenient experience.

Riverside Bangkok|1.11km from downtown
Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped and has everything you need, but it's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated. There's a free shuttle boat to Iconsiam and the MRT station every half hour, which is very convenient. The hotel also has two swimming pools for guests to choose from. Cleanliness: It's clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Ambiance: As an established 5-star hotel, the overall layout and ambiance are very well-designed. It has an older, classic charm, situated right on the Chao Phraya River. All rooms have river views, and directly across is the famous Iconsiam – perfect for watching the sunset. Service: Check-in started with a bit of an unpleasant experience. We were told we had to wait an hour for our room key. After an hour, we were told we'd have to wait another half hour. When we declined to wait, the front desk eventually found a different, lower-floor room and said we could check into that one. However, this didn't match the room number on our check-in slip (which was on the deposit receipt). After we expressed our disagreement, they immediately provided the key to our original room within a few minutes. Looking back, it felt like they were intentionally delaying. Aside from this incident, all other staff members we encountered were very enthusiastic and helpful.
