Breakfast was a highlight: a fresh buffet and hot options, all included in the price. The location is ideal — just steps from the holiday market but still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day."

"I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at IN Gallery Hotel & Spa in Korçë, particularly regarding their spa services. I attempted to book treatments on three separate occasions, and each time I was refused for vague reasons. On my final attempt, I spent 45 minutes in the spa area, and it was clear that the therapist wasn’t working at all, despite claims of being fully booked. I believe I was refused service due to my sexual orientation, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. As for the hotel itself: • The room is spacious, but there’s nowhere to properly open a suitcase except on the floor, and the seating area is just two rudimentary chairs. • The swimming pool in the spa area is not heated as advertised. • The fitness area is essentially used as a storage room for folded beds and random furniture. • The only highlight was the breakfast, though I wish the service matched the quality of the food, as the staff were rather cold. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its advertised standards or basic expectations of respect and hospitality. On top of that, after raising my concerns about this to the receptionist of the hotel, they had no shame to reach out Bookingcom and say we never show up to the property!! UNBELIEVABLE!"

Perfect breakfast I was full all day, the staff is very kind and helpful always with a smile, the room was very clean, fluffy pillows, very good quality of the mattress, heating, air conditioning and hot water all day and the reception was available all day. The hotel is at the city center it is very affordable and provides many many things 100% recommend."
