"The property location is very near to the Kolhapur Railway station. Security is the main concern. The hotel is the part of commercial complex. No security guard is there. Basically Aao jao Ghar tumhara kind of situation. We had only taken one breakfast and one dinner. Dinner was very tasty. But no variety in breakfast especially for kids. Rooms were clean but AC was not working properly in oneof the rooms."

Maybe it's old hence but it had issues like door handle falling, water tap issues, water coming out slow, fridge making lot of noise, little unclean cushion of the sitting chair, bed side lamp not working. Could sense these are age related issues also the food section where breakfast is served is in the basement and the overall hygeine needs a lot of work in the section right from tables to plates to way the things are kept e. G. Sandwich area. Overall value for money but the above things if changed can make a lot of difference to the experience"
