"Extremely clean, with good air quality. It's close to the airport and offers complimentary breakfast. However, due to last year's typhoon, the hotel no longer provides free airport shuttle service, so we had to take a taxi to and from the airport ourselves."

"To start with the positives: This is one of the few airport hotels with free shuttle transfers which worked well. The room is large and as per the pics, with comfortable bed. Negatives: The hotel "lost" my booking. They said they tried to call me with no answer because my phone was switched off, but when I suggested this may be because I was flying the receptionist said "No...you had switched your phone off". Quite a strange answer & attitude to a guest. She "rebooked" me and I ended up paying more then my original booking price. I stayed two nights, and throughout my stay, I had ZERO TV connection. I told the receptionist, and she (a different receptionist to check in) didnt seem to care at all !! ("it probably needs rebooting").....but despite being told someone would attend to it, nothing was done. For the money I paid, having no TV is ridiculous. Minor issues.....no handle on the shower tap, nowhere to hang a towel in the bathoom (there had been something on the back of the door, but was missing). Despite being listed on the amenities, there was no fridge. (just a gap where it should have been.) Overall, for the money paid, a very disappointing stay and will definitely look for other options on future visits."

"The guy at the front desk was very polite and the service was very good. The hotel has a gym and a small swimming pool. There are many eating options around. The only thing is that I booked it on Ctrip as a Crown Hotel, but before departure I was informed that the name had changed and it was not Crown Hotel at all. This operation of Ctrip is indeed a bit unacceptable and belongs to false propaganda..."

"The room was clean, and the shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. However, one problem occurred, which is why I rated the service as very poor. It's a real shame because it would have been a very good hotel if it weren't for this issue."

"First room given had a broken door and tv... Changed to the second room with a leaky bathtub faucet and wasn't able to switch to shower.. housekeeping didnt change towels even upon request. Hot water was running as it couldnt shut fully and made the room floor wet thru the night.."

"The hotel is in need of renovation. Worn carpet, furnishings and decor. The floor I was on, and the first floor, both had an odd (old) smell. Parking was very limited and did not feel particularly safe. Staff members were very nice and helpful however."

"The room is large and clean, with good air and very comfortable. There was a small incident during the airport pick-up, which was solved satisfactorily by Ctrip's butler. When leaving the country, you still have to use the domestic app to find Ctrip's reliable and considerate service."

"Another amazing stay at "Best Western Kenner". The room was clean, modern, and spacious. There was continental breakfast and a fridge-microwave in our room. Onsite washer and dryer was also convenient. We were just a 20 minute drive to New Orleans. The manager and his staff are very professional and nice. They made me and my guests feel welcomed. We had a great stay and as you can see we definitely stayed again. Lol!"
