Good room but hidden place, really nice to stay here, but a lot of dust

The hotel choice is a comfortable because its location is very strategic (near the toll gate), close to the shopping mall, located in the middle of the downtown business center. Meetings at this hotel are also impressive because in addition to its comfort interior, the variation and the coffee break taste is quite good, the staff who standby during the event are also very helpful. During my 2 nights stay, all the hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast menu choices were varied and the taste was suitable. I recommend this Hotel as the right choice when visiting the suburbs for business or family vacation. Good job @HOM Premiere Greek,

I’ve been staying in Khas Gresik Hotel three times. At first and second I have really good impression staying here. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and nice. But last night, on my third stay I GOT VERY UPSET. I booked a room for my father then he stayed in the afternoon until 7pm and kept the key at receptionist. I called the hotel around 10pm and told one of recetionists named Mamik (female) that the room key will be taken again by my relatives in the name Latif / Sana. But it didn’t work well. My relatives got some trouble in taking the key at midnight, he should have to call me 3 times asking for help meanwhile I was already asleep. That the receptionist (male) didn’t give the key although he mentioned his name Latif and room number. Also the receptionist asked for my relative id card. I really understand if this is for security reason but why it should be this complicated meanwhile I ALREADY TOLD ONE OF THE RECEPTIONIST BEFORE THAT THE KEY WILL BE TAKEN MY RELATIVE AND I ALREADY MENTIONED THEIR NAME! Oh, it turned out the hand writing on key card was Sana / Tasik instead of Latif / Sana. Who is Tasik? I didn’t mention that name. SO DISSAPOINTING!

- Hotel in the center of West Surabaya, opposite Pakuwon Mall - Even though the hotel is small, it towers high. - Hotel hallways are clean - There are only 2 lifts so if there are a lot of visitors you have to queue. - The lobby is quite spacious, lots of sofas and a restaurant - Friendly service - Inspection is not strict, usually 5 star hotels have x-rays, this doesn't exist. - The room is spacious, there is a large bed, thick blankets and lots of soft pillows, a refrigerator, a relaxing sofa, a work desk, a wardrobe and a safety box. - there are big windows in the room. Nice view at night and morning. - there are 2 pairs of hotel slippers and 2 bathrobes, - there is a teapot and coffee machine. - there is a welcome meal consisting of drinks, fruit and complete snacks. - coffee, tea, sugar, standard cream - no flashlight and iron - The bathroom has a rain shower and separate closet, but it's narrow and there's no bath tube. - standard toiletries and tissue - Complete and clean towels - The restaurant is small and the menu doesn't have much variety and the taste is just ordinary. - There is a swimming pool which is only small but the view is nice at night. There are cafes and relaxing places - there is a prayer room and meeting place - there is a spa

in the middle of the day and afternoon,everyone feels that the night here is very good,very comfortable,okay for everyone to feel at home here

im definitely come to this hotel again because the staff is super friendly, the food is awesome, and the room is super comfy. maybe the cleanliness of the breakfast area must be improved because when im arrived, the floor is quite dirty.

AC is not working Found the drain fly and cockroach in restroom But the location is very good! Only 8mins walk to the plaza.
