"Despite my short notice, they were very accommodating and responded quickly to my inquiry messages. They also responded very quickly to my messages. When I arrived at the inn, I was surprised at how old the facilities were, unlike the photos, but the owner was a very nice person and I felt comfortable talking to him. They also arranged for an early morning taxi and made getting to the airport very smooth, which was very helpful. I would like to use their services again when I come to Sri Lanka. Thank you."

"Well, what can I say. We entered the room which was ok except for lots of flying insects. So first thing was to spray ourselves with insect repellent. The restaurant is up a spiral staircase which could be tricky if you are less mobile. The best bit is that if you want to get some sleep I’d definitely look for a hotel not right on a busy road. The noise from the road is constant all night with lots of beeping of horns and large vehicles pulling away. The road noise did however supersede the aircraft noise! I wore earplugs but could still hear the noise."

"Average hotel not worth the high price, no free airport drop off service. The room was clean and comfortable, good to sleep in before and early morning flight. However, during check-in I was given no information about any amenities or facilities, such as wifi, the pool, or airport drop off service. There was no information in the room about how to contact the front desk through the phone, and my room was very far from the desk due to the strange layout of the hotel. I had to make a few trips back to the desk to ask for the wifi password and to arrange an airport drop off. However, when I arranged it, I was not asked for my room number or to pay for it, I was just told what time I would be picked up. i later found out the drop off service was 2500 rupees, more than double what uber was offering."

"Since we had a short transit in Sri Lanka, we decided to stop over at place where it is which was near to the airport and this was the best choice because the rooms were very clean. "We needed somewhere to rest before our after midnight flight and this was an excellent choice. Our driver dropped us off and Kahn warmly welcomed us. The room we had was small but comfortable and clean with a queen bed, tea making facilities/water, lovely big shower. Had a peaceful few hours sleep despite a thunderstorm raging outside. We didn’t eat here, maximising sleep. Kahn organised a car to take us to the airport at our nominated time. Note this hotel is in a suburban area behind the airport. Planes were heard but not directly overhead. It is under 10 mins from the airport and was perfect before our flight home."
