"Nice hotel ( old but nice ), with own garden, beautiful see, pool, bikes......Hotel is old and would need a renovation, but it is clean incl. hotel rooms. There is nobody cleaning the garden ( full bins the whole day ), nobody cleans sun beds and umbrellas....Restaurant is huge - meal is not very good - quite a good choice of everything, but cooked in very bad way ( all the meat - even a tuna fish - is very tough and dried....), the restaurant staff is very unpleasant ( there was just one older man - do not remember the name - that was very nice and a lady called Elena - she was the only one who was able to make a good coffee at the lobby bar ), the rest of the fb staff ignores you, never smiles and starts cleaning and closing part of the buffet 40 min before the end of dinner.... the reception staff and housekeeping is very nice and kind."

My family and I will avoid your hotel completely and will never come back. I will also inform the management of the Swimming Lagoon about the state of this resort. "Wonderful stay, perfect for families with children. I want to disagree with the reviews that speak of an older facility and a subpar buffet: the facility is spotless, fragrant, and welcoming. The food is excellent; there are obviously some good and some not-so-good options, but the selection is so vast that it's impossible not to find something good to eat. Some items are truly delicious. All the staff are very friendly. There are endless attractions for children, but also for adults who want to have fun! There's something for everyone! Children up to 12 years old also have a sort of all-inclusive plan: they eat lunch alone in a dedicated area, have self-service drinks almost all afternoon, and even ice cream for a snack. Drinks at dinner are included for everyone. I also had a massage, and I must say it was a real treat! Soft lighting, music, and a skilled, quiet masseuse. The hotel, though I'd prefer to call it a resort, also has a couple of shops, ALC restaurants, indoor play areas, a kids' club, a spa... and it's also just steps from the sea! What can I say, the only oddity I found was the sink in our suite (we stayed at the hotel): it wasn't in the bathroom, but on the carpet, overlooking the hallway... And the lack of a bidet... But these are trivial details that don't detract from my rating of this place, which I can only describe as perfect. Of course, when making a judgment, it must be based on the place you're evaluating: you can't expect to find the same food standards or the same architecture as in Italy: each place is different and has its own style. This is obviously highly recommended!"

"I stayed in this hotel only 2 days and I have to say it was really pleasant. 5 stars to the rooms, pools and food. I recommend it. It is ideal for families. Children have free lunch and also a snack. Staff very kind and always available. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended. See you soon"

"Location is good, kids have sth to do. Pool is big and clean. Apartment is dirty, fridge is without freezing part. The sink doesn't flush. Bathroom isn't cleaned. Tenda on balcony is broken. Well furniture is new so hope they are reparing other things. They surely don't deserve 4****"
