"We made a pit stop at this place, clean , accessible. staff was friendly . It's in the main city very close to Rabindranath Tagore beach . High recommended if you are just looking for a place to stretch your legs after a long day at the beach . The place had everything functional and working for a service apartment ."

"They showed us one room,but they provided another room.They don't clean the rooms everyday.We had to ask for complementary water bottle everyday.Also they didn't provide soap and shampoo.You have to ask every time The food is quite expensive but the taste was not up to the mark.Staffs were not attentive as well to the customer Only good part is -location of the hotel and live music in the restaurant"

"This isn't our first time staying at this hotel. It's probably the most upscale hotel on Palolem. But it's a bit pricey. We didn't try breakfast; it's geared toward locals. It's better to go to the cafe across the street or to a shake shop. There's a great small pool if you don't want to go to the sea. Drinks are overpriced."

"The most familiar place to stay in whole Palolem. I am amazed about the hospitality the owners give to the guests. Me and my GF has travelled a lot in the years, and im also travelling a lot at work. So by that, im saying that i have my demands at a hotel. And Hilias Retreat has it all! Nice rooms. Excellence cleaning. Big refridgerator with water filled up every day of cleaning. Adorable owners by Mr. Hilias and his wife. Nothing is a problem, they will do anything to make you feel good at your stay. 1,5 min to the beach. Silent at night. And the two wonderful pugs, Macho and Puglin that also will give you a warm welcome! We have already made a reservation for 4 weeks in february 2025, cant find a better place to stay!
