The environment is relaxing, perfect for family bonding and rest. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the surroundings felt safe and quiet. "Having a last minute booking the reception was really fast. We were also given a voucher for snacks. The view was fantastic. Being facing the Bukit Barisan and having Mt. Sibayak as a background. Thought of having dinner at the Rooftop cafe. But only knew that the cafe only opened after 8pm. We ordered at 8pm, but only received our food at 9.15pm. Even my kids already cried because of hunger. The food was average. Not much of a choice. Even the choices in the menu were not really available. Please bring your own soap, shampoo and tissues since these were not provided."

"The room is clean, but the service and facilities are lacking. Towels are not asked for, not given, soap and toothbrush are not there. There is no Aqua or a place to boil hot water. The toilet can not be pressed, broken, the bathroom door handle is loose, winning in the room is spacious, clean and the place is close to the city. We chose a family room on the 3rd floor, it feels like bringing children to the 3rd floor is a bit dangerous because climbing the stairs is afraid the children will fall. I will not come here again"
