"Hotel Victoriya has some clear advantages, but also disappointments. The staff is very friendly, the wellness area is beautiful, and the food was tasty. Our Junior Suite did not match the photos on the website. In reality, it was a spacious room with a seating area, but without extras such as a coffee maker or minibar/refrigerator, which you would expect with this room type. The website creates overly high expectations here. Upon arrival, the room was freezing cold and there were two thermostats without explanation, meaning it took hours for the room to reach the right temperature. The parking (€8/day) is clearly disproportionate for an unguarded outdoor car park and, given the location on the edge of the village, is clearly not worth it. The charging stations did not work for the entire stay, despite reporting this upon arrival. Conclusion: good service and facilities, but insufficient transparency and comfort for the price."

"They charged us 57,17Euro for nothing. We payed the accommodation fee and paid for anything we bought during our stay. But after we leave I saw they charged an extra fee of 57,17Euro from my bank account.. I asked them why, but so far I haven't received any response. Plus they say you get a Genuss kart as a gift, a value of 8.5 euros but they did not subtract this amount from our costs. I don't know, the place has everything that a hotel in it's quality range has to offer but you have to spend extra time to get these extra charges removed afterwards. This is very annoying and I am not sure If I can manage it at all. "

"Well-equipped, modern, and clean apartment with a wonderful living room. It has two couches, one of which can be converted into a comfortable double bed. The view from both the living room and balcony is fantastic, overlooking Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn. The location is just outside the center—peaceful and quiet—yet very convenient, with a supermarket around the corner offering freshly baked bread in the morning. Ski shoe heaters and Ski storage in the basement, for a perfect start of the day. The apartment Building 10 (10.3) was equipped with a dishwasher and laundry machine, that really saved the day! The only remark, it's a bit of a walk to the ski lifts, about 800 meters, therefore we will rent a heated locker next to the ski lift next time."

"We spent two nights at the hotel and wished we had planned for a longer stay. It was the best hotel we had visited during our trip. Beautiful location, close to the center without being too busy, The owners were lovely and very helpful, the hotel had a homie feel to it with so much detail going to the decoration, the room was perfect for family of 4, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a balcony. The only negative is the small car parks but that was an issue we faced in general in Europe. We also got the summer card which was amazing and allowed us access to many activities such as the zoo, boat tour, going up the mountain(3000M) up and the kids got to see the snow, all free of charge. Zell am see is also very close by car and a beautiful place to walk in. We hope to return again."

"After a 2 hour drive from Salzburg, arrived at location and it was beyond expectations. The hotel staff were so helpful and kind. The room itself was large and beautiful. Gives a positive vibes. The view was amazing and sad that we only stayed one night. It is one that we would definitely return and stay at least 2 nights."

"Fine cottage. Nice location with a ski bus right in front of the house. Furthermore, it stated that you didn't need to bring towels, but we were a group of 12 and each had one towel for 5 nights. When we asked if we could have an extra towel, the response was that we had to pay 10 euros per towel. The sauna was sometimes closed at times when it was supposed to be open. And the swimming pool was really extremely cold. Additionally, you do have to bring your own garbage bags, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper. We only found that out once we were there."

"We had a wonderful stay at Dorfchalets Kaprun! From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, thoughtful, and always willing to help or think along with us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is excellent — perfectly situated in Kaprun with easy access to the surrounding mountains, ski areas, and village center. Everything you need is close by, yet the atmosphere remains peaceful and relaxing. The apartments/chalets are modern, beautifully designed, and spotless. They are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and you can really see the attention to detail in both the interior and cleanliness. We truly had a fantastic and relaxing stay and would highly recommend Dorfchalets Kaprun to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a perfect location in the Alps. We would love to come back!"

"We arrived in the morning while the check-in was at 4:pm, we asked if we could leave our stuff somewhere and go ski the day and it was no problem at all. When we checked-in, we were welcomed very friendly by a lovely receptionist. They even got us a FREE upgrade for our room, because the room’s weren’t fully booked. We had a half pension, so breakfast and dinner included. These were actually amazing. The breakfast a buffet with all kinds of bread, different types of egg, sausage, bacon, yogurt, fruit and much more! For the dinner there was a standard menu with each day a different country, it was really original and absolutely amazing, the chef knows what’s he’s doing! The room was really nice and clean! The view from the balcony was amazing, cause I could see the whole Kitzsteinhorn! The bed, cover and pillows were amazingly soft. The bathroom was also good and clean. For the ski equipment, there is a storage room with heaters for your shoes. There is also a lift in the hotel, what is a great plus. Overall a great experience, definitely recommend it!"

"We had an amazing stay at Pension Patricia and would absolutely highly recommend it.In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we have already booked again for next year! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. On our first day, the owner personally came down to introduce himself, welcomed us, and told us we could ask him anytime if we needed help or had questions. That personal touch made us feel very comfortable right away. The location is excellent for skiing. The bus stop for the slopes is only about a 1-minute walk away, where you can take the D bus which takes around 9 minutes to reach the slopes. Alternatively, you can walk about 3 minutes to the main road and take the 660 bus. The training slope for ski school was also just a 2-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. The pension also has a sauna that you can book for private use, which was a really nice way to relax after skiing. Breakfast each morning was very good and a great start to the day. Our room was clean, spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows, a nice bathroom, and a balcony with a beautiful mountain view. On our last day we saw the owner again and had another nice chat before leaving. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year."

It is a quiet location,but in the centre of Kaprun and very close to the ski-lifts and the apres-ski bar :). Well recommended. Danke sehr, Petra Very nice family run hotel and a nice place to stay. "Lovely apartment stay at Vaya Kaprun. Clean and beautifully presented, plenty of storage in the studio II which had bunks for our kids and an austrian double. For a studio there was plenty of space :) The sauna was great, and whilst I appreciate we are in austria, its quite shocking for kids both younger and older to experience - just a forewarning to other families! This is normal for austria but sometimes I think in a family holiday setting it's not necessarily the best idea. But we understood before we went in. No noise in the apartments - we were next to the lift and couldn't hear it at all. The ski store was in the garage which was spacious and always had space even at new year. Location was great - it was the far end of Kaprun but the bus stop was right outside. The little pack for dishwasher etc could do with a cloth. These are just picky little things - overall we loved it. We will always go back to Vaya resorts as we know they are top notch, clean and really well kitted out."

"Very frendly and service oriented staff but the apartment was totally overpriced for its value. Not clean dishes, not enough cooking utilies and no dining table for family. To charge EUR 1270 for three nights was a robbery. I would not go here again for this price. In the end it would be my own mistake to book it remotely based on nice pictures."
