"Overall, it offers good value for budget travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough for short stays, and the Batman-themed decor was especially enjoyable for my kid. The self check-in process is convenient, particularly for late arrivals, and the staff were responsive in solving issues quickly when needed. Its location in the Kampar town area is also convenient for those visiting UTAR or passing through Kampar. However, one downside is that only one access card is provided, and it also controls the room electricity, which can be quite inconvenient for guests."

"Firstly, the owner gave me the wrong room. After that, I get a bed on the ground. Besides, there's a lot of dust on the ground. After I complained, the owner gave me a mop and a bucket to clean. The cleanliness is not good but the service is good and efficient. Furthermore, the owner gave me more time to check out when it was raining heavily and I won't be able to get back in time. Overall, the service is good and the owner was responsible, but I hope the cleanliness can improve in future."

"Disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price. The information provided by the property was misleading. Breakfast was advertised as being available from 7:00–10:00 AM, but in reality, it was only served at 10:00 AM. This is a significant difference and should have been clearly communicated to guests. The dinner arrangement was equally disappointing. The property stated that dinner could be pre-ordered, but when we checked in at around 2:30 PM, we were told that the chef had already gone home and it was too late to place an order. If pre-ordering is offered, guests should reasonably be able to make arrangements during check-in, especially at 2:30 PM. There were also quite a lot of insects around the property. While this is understandable given that the accommodation is surrounded by forest and nature, it is still something guests should be prepared for. The only thing I genuinely enjoyed was the jacuzzi. However, considering the price paid, I could easily find other places offering a better overall experience and better facilities for similar, or even better, value. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations. The service, communication, and overall value simply did not justify the price. Unfortunately, I would not consider this property good value for money and would be unlikely to stay here again."
