"The hotel setup and location are perfect, you can see the river Nile from the hotel, it's also spacious and the parking is safe. The food was well done and prepared and the presentation was awesome. We were attended to by an intern waiter who didn't have any slightest idea on how we could be able to access wifi or who to talk to.. Also during the ordering of food the intern waiter was not well versed with the menu or what is available in the hotel. "

Location is good, right beside a good Italian restaurant and close by to Ark Organics and Revive. Acacia Mall is 20 mins walk away, excellent bookstore there."

"Highly recommended! The best hotel I've stayed in in Africa. Built just last year, the facilities are new and well-designed. Excellent security and service. Every room has a balcony, and the bedside sockets even have Type-C fast charging. The downsides are the very expensive airport transfers and limited breakfast selection. I recommend staying in a superior room for a much better experience."
