We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ginger Jorhat for 2 nights with our family of 8 members while visiting Jorhat for my sister’s wedding reception, and our experience was truly wonderful and memorable. The hotel enjoys an excellent and convenient location, making it easily accessible and a great choice for families, business travellers and visitors to Jorhat. The overall ambience was pleasant, welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were clean, well maintained, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, providing a relaxing atmosphere after our busy wedding celebrations. Housekeeping and cleanliness were well taken care of, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, fresh and well prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. The quality of food, presentation and attentive restaurant service were all commendable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, courteous, cooperative and always ready to assist with a smile. A very special appreciation and heartfelt thanks to Nilakhi Dutta for her outstanding service, warm hospitality and personal attention. Her friendly attitude, helpful nature and dedication to ensuring our family's comfort truly stood out. She went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Such genuine hospitality deserves special recognition! Another major highlight is that Ginger Jorhat offers excellent value for money. Considering the comfortable accommodation, delicious food, convenient location, cleanliness and quality of service, the hotel provides a wonderful overall experience at a reasonable price. Travelling with a family of eight can sometimes be challenging, but the team at Ginger Jorhat made our stay smooth, comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience with great hospitality, excellent food, comfortable rooms, a prime location and true value for money! "Very good clean hotel near ISBT Jorhat. From the airport it takes 20 minutes. I stayed at Annex building which is 250 m away from the main hotel building. Free shuttle service available between main building and annex but it is just walkable distance. You can take breakfast either at annex (set menu) or at main building (mostly vegetarian buffet), no extra charge. The only issue is that the window pane in the room has a gap and the outside noise came in from the gap space, so it should be fixed to air-tight. The wall sound-proof is good but window and door are not."
