"Comfortable pillows and beds. However the room is very noisy, even at the middle of the night and wee hour. Could be other guess in the hotel, or the staff, wouldnt know, but its not a single occasion, but very consistent throughout few hours. Other than human noise, there are many mechanical noises too, not sure what are those, but sounds like aircon or piping. If a quiet environment is important for you, consider other places."

"1. The toilet exhaust fan was broken. When we first checked in, the bathroom was completely wet. We informed the staff, and her excuse was, "That means we washed it." But the real problem is that the entire room is constantly damp and smells like mold. 2. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was awful. 3. Within just 10 minutes of checking in, I had to kill four mosquitoes. When I complained to the staff, her only solution was to spray insect repellent in the room. How are we supposed to stay in the room right after it's been sprayed with chemicals? 4. The toilet is clogged, and it flooded in no time. 5. "Hotel is decently maintained and room is acceptable. Towels were stained and we have to go down to counter to exchange for a new towels. The counter staff were friendly. Nothing much to expect just a normal room to stay in for a night."
