Post-Helene update: roads to cabin are clear, and cabin has water, electric, and internet. The property is located in the small mountain community of Mill Ridge in Foscoe NC. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a small kitchen and open-concept family room + dining area. Outside there is a covered wrap-around deck with rocking chairs, sitting area and a grill. There is also parking available for up to 3 vehicles, with easy access to the house. The Mill Ridge community ammenities include hiking trails, a beautiful outdoor pool and 2 small ponds. Please be respectful of check-in and check-out times. If there are not renters checking-out and checking-in on the same day we are happy to allow a late check-out or early check-in. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor with a queen bed, full bath (double sinks), ceiling fan and a small flat screen TV.
