"Staff was EXCELLENT! The most attractive and attentive staff I have ever met. The beach next door is very nice. This area is a lot more quiet than downtown. The only thing to note is that taxi and transfer services are expensive, so if you don’t rent a motorbike or a car, you will spend quite a bit getting around. However, this hotel is definitely worth the stay, especially if you plan on spending a lot of time in this area. I highly recommend!"

"The hotel location is great. You need to make sure you are in the main hotel. They have 2 sections and one is in a totally different location, aprox 10 min walk up a steep hill. We had a family room in the main hotel next to the pool. The room was lovely and clean, however we had young girls who would come back and walk with high heals in the room above ours at all hours of the night! The sound proofing is not great. The hotel doesn’t provide tea or coffee in the room. The young lady at reception should also not be customer facing, she was so rude on arrival which ruins one’s perception of a hotel before you even walk in the door"

So it is located at a high place with a wide view and the scenery is unobstructed... There is free parking, but it is important to note that the car is not well equipped , I had to tighten the handbrake hard because the parking space was on the uphill road, and my car slipped. I was alone, but luckily I met the landlord. She was very nice. I said that I would let her help me tighten the handbrake. Because there was really no way I could only break to that point, but the car still slid down. Later, for safety, she helped me stop to a relatively flat place at the lower intersection. When I booked the room, I asked for the highest possible room, so I also gave me the highest room, but my room is quite small, not very small, but not spacious, it can only accommodate 1-2 people, and the suitcase is only It can be spread out. The bathroom is also in the room. It is not small. Take special care not to throw the paper in the toilet... Hot water needs to be turned on by the electric switch beside the door. "Lovely view of the water from our room! The cleaning services were amazing and offered to help lift heavy suitcases . Free breakfast. And with delicious options . The pool was amazing too. My only complaint is about the taxi service partnered with the hotel.. We were promised that our taxi services would be free from 9am(?)-midnight . But every time we would arrive at our destination (from hotel-destination or vice versa ), they would suddenly tell us that we had to pay. We had to talk to the front desk every time to clarify this to the taxis (then they would dismiss us and say we don’t have to pay). Otherwise, no complaints about this hotel! I would definitely recommend this place to couples or friends traveling . :)"
