"The hotel's location is excellent, with all the trendy restaurants right at its doorstep, making it incredibly convenient. However, there's absolutely no staff service; it's entirely self-service. We stayed for two nights and our room wasn't cleaned. When we ran out of towels and toiletries, we had to go to the hotel basement to retrieve them ourselves. On a positive note, I really appreciated the keyless entry/exit system using a password, which meant no need to carry a physical key. A significant downside was the hotel's parking, which was extremely hard to find, tucked away down a tiny, obscure alleyway. It was a 5-minute walk from there to the hotel, and the parking fees were exorbitant! Compounding the issue, the hotel doesn't have an elevator. We had to lug our very large suitcases all the way up to the 4th floor, which was utterly exhausting."

"This hotel is convenient for parking and dining, but it's close to the highway, which can be noisy. The most unpleasant thing is the lack of cleaning and linens. On my way out this morning, I saw a waiter in the hallway, thinking they were coming in to clean. I tipped him, but he didn't. I told the front desk, but they said they were short-staffed, and it seems like they're used to it. I don't recommend staying at this hotel."

"A beautiful France style hotel It was in a perfect location in walkable distance to all sightseeing points of old Quebec. The service was great and the facilities in best condition. Parking in front of the hotel We would come again Thanks a lot"

"The hotel is located in the old city, and it is very convenient to go to the main attractions, basically about 20 minutes' walk away. The hotel style is more European, artistic and warm, and the room furnishings are beautiful. You can buy breakfast at the front desk for 18 Canadian dollars per person including tax. Children under 12 years old are free. There are not many varieties, but the taste is very good. There is an iron gate on the right side of the hotel. There is an exclusive parking space for the hotel. The parking spaces are limited, about 20. You need to contact the front desk in advance to reserve. The parking fee is 25 Canadian dollars for one day of stay. The space is relatively small, and a 7-seater car may not be able to park in it. Of course, there are paid parking spaces on the roadside in front of the hotel, but there are often no spaces. Pets can be brought in for 25 Canadian dollars each, which is a very cheap price. Canadian hotels do not provide slippers and toiletries, but towels, so prepare them before check-in. The overall stay experience was good, I will consider it next time."

"I stayed at Travelodge during my trip to Quebec last weekend, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located a bit far from Old Quebec where most attractions are, but the area is calm and quiet, which made it relaxing. There were a few small issues at check-in — I was first given a room that wasn’t ready and was double-charged by mistake — but the friendly hotel staff quickly fixed everything with great service. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had a nice view. There’s an IGA supermarket nearby, and a Korean restaurant right next door that was excellent. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay outside the busy city center."

"Nice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect. The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities. I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy. There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info. I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop. It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself. All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors."
