Holiday Inn Express & Suites MURPHYSBORO - CARBONDALE by IHG ★★★

Makanda Inn ★★★

"What a lovely gem in Illinois. Rooms are very spacious and the shower was luxurious! But what makes this place stand out was the hospitality! The hosts made us feel so welcomed! Breakfast was tasty and I wouldn’t change a thing. The area is gorgeous and we had a great time at the Makanda boardwalk and in giant city state park."

Home2 Suites by Hilton - Carbondale ★★★

"Have stayed at Home 2 suites before. Sometimes they ask far more per night than what they ask, but itt is a nice place to stay for the night."

Best Western Saluki Inn ★★★

Hampton Inn Carbondale ★★

"The people were nice, but it's evident they are undergoing a transition of some sort. My room smelled odd, there was a slimy residue on the floor that if an unbalanced person walked on, they could easily fall, nothing sugar free in the breakfast area, ice machine is not working so they give you a Ziploc of ice and you can't see where that ice comes from, the TV in the fitness center is oddly placed in comparison to the treadmill, the exterior doors were propped open all night despite the sign saying they'd be locked. In they're defense, there are giant boxes of presumable furniture in the hallway and I think they're getting unpacked. I will give them another try at some point as I travel there often. However, I'll give them a little more time to figure it all out."
