It is not very comfortable, especially on the 1st floor, as the windows are almost from the floor to the ceiling and they go out to the street. The street is quiet though, but when the curtains are open, you feel like aquarium. Also, after lunch there is the sun on this side. It was almost all the time to be with the closed curtains.
