"Nice friendly hotel staff, many amenities and excellent breakfast. Locationwise, it's on the south of the island, in an industrial area so first impression quite weird as a resort hotel surrounded by plants but as I said the amenities, facilities, breakfast and hotel staff are all very nice. I want to especially mention the laundry room which is very big with many washers and dryers so very convenient to get our cloths and snorkeling suits dry for next day use. It's close to odo beach and the Okinawa sign and the famous cape chinen park. Then it's about 45 mins drive to American village and an hour drive to onna beaches. It's certainly a great hotel for family stay."

"Probably very good value for money. It was a private room, and it was spacious because they had given me a twin room for one person, and there was air conditioning, a TV, and a desk in the room. I didn't know where the parking lot was (it seems like each shop is blocking off the common area, but there is no sign), so I called, and the contract and Google Maps number were announced as "not in use at the moment." I had no choice but to park and ask the inn, but the answer to my question was "I'm not the owner," and I couldn't get through to them. I checked the parking lot, but they kept making unpleasant comments like "This is bad, this is bad," and we didn't move forward, so I had to go downstairs and tell them where it was. It seems that the owner's family handled the situation when he was not there, but I would like them to be educated on how to handle situations when the owner is not there. I also want the front desk to be easier to understand."

"We stayed for 4 and the owner only provided 4 sets of bedding and 4 pillows. All the other bedding was locked up, and I couldn't get another pillow. There is a short stone step in the parking space that you can't see out of the car and it's easy to hit it. The landlord said that the three times he was broken and there was nothing to remind him. Then still chasing you to get information claim insurance"
