"Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent food. We used the sauna and steam room 3 times, which was really nice after a day’s skiing. We paid for a ski locker at the Pardatschgrat gondola which meant we did not have to carry skis, boots, gloves or helmets back to the hotel and that meant the 5 minute a walk was no problem. Overall really pleased with the hotel."

"Pros - Stunning hotel - Location is perfect - Ski in/out is just a bonus - Lobby area for drinks and games - Spa is beautiful- adults only from 6pm. - Food was fantastic. A big thank you to Sophia the resturant manger for personalising our evening menus. Mauella our fabulous server. Cons - Room is small - Shared balcony - Champagne bar had a strange vibe and staff are not very welcoming. But we found the most perfect wine bar at the bottom of the hill to the right."

"I have just returned back from a 5 night trip to one of our favourite Alpine resorts - Ischgl. We travelled with our 2 adult children and have the best day at the Hotel Fliana. Hotel location is fantastic overlooking one of the main slopes back into the village. Two lift stations directly outside the hotel make this hotel super easy access onto the huge Ski range of Ischgl. Food at the hotel is super - my favourite the Breakfast with lots of choice. Fabulous staff in the dining area - big shout out to Dom who looked after our table ! This is our second visit to the Fliana - our last visit was in 2020 days before the resort shut before Covid. It was so nice to come back and see all the new renovations, and updates. The hotel has made. The spa facilities at the Fliana are EXCELLENT!! They have a rooftop outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. An indoor pool and the sauna facilities are pristine and spacious with beautiful lounge areas to relax after your treatments. Another big shout and thanks to David in the hotel bar… what a beautiful bar with great views of watching people down at the end of their day! Fabulous trip - thank you Fliana"

"We booked a high-end family ski vacation months in advance, expecting a certain level of service, fairness, and understanding. Unfortunately, when war broke out in Israel and flights were severely disrupted, we were left with no realistic way to travel. Despite providing clear evidence that we physically could not reach Austria, the hotel chose to completely ignore the situation. Instead of offering a reasonable solution such as postponing our stay to the next season they insisted on rigid cancellation terms and offered only a very limited rescheduling window that was not practical for a family trip. We Booked 1 Suit and 3 Deluxe Room for 12 people !!!!!!!! They surprisingly got to fill in our room in the amount that gives them 90% cancellation with our 40% down payment, How convenient. for any emails or calls - i will be happy to show and explain this shame to whom ever would like to book . warm tip - read their cancellation policy and add in your booking confirmation all risks such as war, illness, air planes that are shut down and you can not take off from you country etc.. otherwise , say goodbye to your money ."
