Warning, don't stay here! Booked a honeymoon suite through an awesome travel agent months in advance for my wife and I to celebrate our honeymoon in Greece. When we arrived, we were greeted by Sergio who claimed the honeymoon suite was double booked and would be putting us in an ”upgraded room”, while being quite arrogant and rude regarding our situation. This room was at the front of the property and had no privacy unlike the honeymoon suite which we had booked, and we had other people or guests constantly walking by our room and hot tub. The difference in rooms was clear as the ”upgraded” room had a worse bathroom (including a cement room with a faucet for the shower) and was much darker on the inside. See picture for difference between the honeymoon suite and the room we were given. The hotel is also very far away from any sites or restaurants in Santorini, and the taxis are very expensive from the hotel and back. We ended up leaving our stay a couple days early and had a much better experience at the Myst Boutique hotel which provides awesome hospitality and taxi services up to Oia. I did have a nice interaction with Sergio's mother, who was very pleasant in getting us the taxi AWAY from this place.

The trip started promising as we were able to secure a lovely room at Amethyst, and got better and better each day because of the excellent Katerina who runs this place. The location is perfect as it is close to Oia, has a stunning sunset view from each room but is otherwise calm and secluded. Our relaxing days were spent by the gorgeous pool, with drinks and food available throughout the day. When we wanted an adventure, Katerina gave us excellent recommendations and assisted us with all the booking. We have never had a better vacation and would recommend it highly to anyone who wants a nice place to relax on beautiful and bustling Santorini.

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing sunset. Absolutely awesome hospitality especially by Diane at Reception. Enjoyed our breakfast at the pool dining area. You must try their delicious cocktails at the pool bar and pizzas. Another must is the relaxing massage . Please try the Deluxe rooms with jacuzzi. This hotel is not far from the buses and taxis that take you to various tourist attractions. Enjoyed watching the horses behind the resort . Cool place . Highly recommended

I give 5 stars because unfortunately I can't put more!! My boyfriend and I stayed in the Executive Suite: large and super clean rooms, giant and very comfortable bed and modern and well-kept bathroom. Theodosia is such a sweetheart, the best host you can wish for! She is always smiling, welcoming and available 24 hours a day for any problem/doubt/need. Breakfast was so delicious and abundant that you could even have lunch with it! Daily cleaning of the rooms, new towels (upon request also for the pool) a bottle of water, soft drinks and capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are available. Really good location: a 6 minute drive takes you to Oia. It is also possible to take a walk there (needs you 30 minutes but we made it and did cost us no effort at all). What can I say, I highly highly recommend it!

This is hands down the best holiday experience we have had. We stayed for a week in room 11. Upon arrival we were greeted and offered drinks before being given a tour. Our luggage was brought to our room along with a bottle of wine and a fruit platter to welcome us. The room size was excellent. Huge four door wardrobe floor to ceiling, fully stocked fridge which was priced fairly. Nice additional touches such as dressing gowns, slippers and hairdryer available to use. We had two sitting areas with tables inside as well as outside on the terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable, memory foam mattress topper and the softest sheets. The extra pillows and cushions were also a lovely touch. The bathroom was also a good size, huge mirror and the rainfall shower was excellent. No issues at all with water pressure and the water temperature was also perfect, no going hot or cold as we’ve had at other hotels in the past. The free toiletries were also good quality. Inside the wardrobe there was also a full length mirror and extra drawers. The air conditioning didn’t cut out if the door was open which was great, and the windows and door had wooden shutters so we were able to sleep in until whatever time without being woken by the sun coming into the room. On the terrace outside we had our own sun loungers, hot tub and lay out spot next to it, as well as a table and chairs. Our room overlooked the main pool area. There was also an infinity pool and day beds at the other end of the resort which were great to lay out on when it was too hot, as the sea breeze was lovely there. The hotel itself was immaculately clean. The staff work tirelessly to maintain a spotless environment. The vibe here was so chilled out and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of the streets of Oia, but only a ten minute walk into the centre of the action. Our only complaint was the steepness of the hill that needed climbing to get up into Oia as this was quite intense in the heat, so we avoided going up there through the day time most days. But to be honest, the hill was totally worth it and we wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. The staff here were so polite and friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms spotlessly clean and were very thorough. The lovely man who did the maintenance of the hotel was very pleasant, ensuring our hot tub was clean and in top working order. The staff who worked on reception were also very helpful, booked the catamaran cruise for us and offered to sort out any reservations we wanted to make. Also a big shoutout to Nick and George who work around the pool and bar and brought us a delicious breakfast every morning. Great guys - Nick very kindly gave me bottles of his factor 50 and 70 sun lotion to take on the boat after I got sunburn the day before so that was very much appreciated! Amazing stay!! Fabulous pool areas with amazing views , we lay out for an entire day and it was heaven! The manager was lovely , recommended restaurants / bar, kindly offered to organise transports / excursions etc if , we were also given a glass of vinsanto, friendly wee dog & cat live at the property, lovely special touches. Centre of Oia is 7mins walk. Rooms are spacious, airy, compliments to cleaning lady , rooms cleaned everyday/fresh towels , we were in room 8 and it had a great balcony , again amazing views. Breakfast was great , breakfast plate with egg , sausage , bacon, fruit & pastry’s , coffee , orange juice , I thought it was impressive for the price we paid , again a lovely friendly welcome from bar staff. Top class stay for us !! Highly recommend!!
