Batts Family Park that offers a playground and a basketball court. The park also has a 920 foot boardwalk that extends out over the marsh. Our beach house offers a great entertaining area for family get togethers. This open and airy home has been renovated with all new white kitchen cabinets, gorgeous granite, stainless steel GE appliances, beautiful LVP flooring throughout and modern comfy furniture. On the back side of the house and facing the marsh and intercostal waterway, there are 2 spacious decks the full length of the house, to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail and take in the stunning sunsets and beautiful marsh views. In the short distance, you can see boats cruising up and down the Intercostal Waterway. All Marshed Up offers 4 bedrooms, and 4 baths. Bed sizes include a King, 2 Queens and a Full-Over Queen bunk bed, sleeping a total of 9 people. Three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor while the 4th is located on the 1st level with an ensuite half bath. The dining table seats up to 8 and the kitchen counter has a raised bar top for extra seating. Great for entertaining and having some quality family time. Unfortunately, we DO NOT have any amenities for infants such as a playpen, high chair, baby gates, a crib or bed rails. There are two flights of stairs.
