Ski-in/ski-out 1BR, 1BA condo on the third floor of Sugar Ski & Country Club. The condo can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the third floor and offers long-range Mountain View’s (there is no elevator in the building). The clubhouse features a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, business center, and fitness center. The condo does not have air conditioning, as temperatures typically stay in the 70s during the summer. It’s a 2-minute walk to Sugar Slalom and a 1-minute walk to Oma’s Meadow.Welcome to our cozy 525-square-foot condo — perfect for families! Blue Ridge Postcard View is a deluxe 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, West facing condo at The Reserve at Sugar Mountain with beautiful long range, layered mountain views at 5200 ft. elevation. It is close to all that the High Country area offers, such as skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, hiking, waterfalls, whitewater rafting, golfing, tennis, wineries, fine local restaurants, and of course, the Blue Ridge Parkway! A few minutes drive gets you to any of the area attractions such as Grandfather Mountain, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Linville Falls, Tweetsie Railroad, etc.Enjoy a morning with coffee or an evening sunset on the 300 square foot deck with a 180 degree mountain view, The main living area has a million dollar view to the west, widescreen TV, a table that seats six, a bar with barstools, and a bistro table with two barstools as well. The master bedroom has amazing views from the king size bed. There is a wide screen TV, access to the deck, a jetted jacuzzi tub in the spacious bathroom, as well as a tiled, oversized shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and shares a full bath with the living area. The condo has a washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, and a gourmet kitchen with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Due to elevation, the average temperature is 20 -25 degrees cooler than the Charlotte/ATL/Eastern NC areas, and approximately 10 degrees cooler than other “mountain towns” due to the high elevation. Because of this, it is required during the winter months that you have a 4WD or AWD vehicle due to snow and/or ice.
