Little River Park is the only marina on Lake Sinclair that offers a 24-hour pay at the pump for gas.Other Things to Note:This is not a pet friendly home. Unauthorized pets will be billed at a minimum of $500. Hitting/Driving golf balls on the property and off the dock is strictly prohibited.The finished basement is climate controlled by the queen room wall unit. Please keep the queen bed area French doors open.
