Our rustic 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 1 bath home is perfect for a couple with children or a few friends to enjoy a getaway in the woods of gorgeous Pollock Pines. Our cozy cabin features cedar walls, a wood burning stove, an automatic backup generator and an outdoor gas firepit. Maximum 4 guests and (1 ) additional child age 5 years old or younger for a total of 5. Further details below.Surrounded by the pines at 4000 ft we get the best of both seasons with a fair amount of snow in the winter and a place to escape the heat in the summer. Just under an hour to Lake Tahoe and 45 minutes to Sierra at Tahoe. And, less than a 10 minute drive to Jenkinson Lake and only a 35 minute trip to Ice House Reservoir to enjoy some of the best trout fishing around.We have a large open deck with a propane firepit to keep you warm on the starry nights, an outdoor dining table and a propane grill. If you need to do laundry, we have a new Samsung high capacity washer and a dryer. We also have a portable air conditioner for the summer months that is installed in the living room along with an air purifier. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.We offer free Netflix on our 65" smart tv, great wi-fi and the cell signal is surprising good in the area. Incredibly quiet, serene and peaceful.
