This cozy and relaxing space is the back unit on a multi unit property. 1 bedroom 1 bath with private entrance and your own personal back yard deck access. This place is small but mighty! Just a short 10 min stroll to 5th avenue beach & a 5 min walk to downtown Manistee! This setup is a bit unique to provide a great little space for your family! The 1 bedroom holds a full size bed. The living room has one fold out couch (full size) and a custom built in bunk bed (twin XL size mattresses). The living-room ottoman tranforms into a single rollaway cot perfect for a child or small adult. This unit could sleep 6 depending on your personal needs. With that being said I do not recommend this location if you want to sleep 6 adults. Example: The space fits 2 adult couples or a family (parents) with children more comfortably. We have the perfect place with fun bright colors, relaxed atmosphere, and just walking distance from 5th avenue beach or downtown! Our guests love to Relax on one of the units private decks with a cold beverage after a nice day at the beach, grill some steaks or order in, then get ready to check out downtown with plenty of pubs, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment for the whole family. Renovated main floor living room is perfect for family gatherings and game nights. Our second floor has a full bath and loft perfect for large groups. We have a brand new (Spring 2025) deck with a gas fire pit on the deck and a wood burning fire pit in the backyard where you can enjoy s'mores and stories while enjoying unplugging outside in Northern Michigan.
