Watch from inside or on the back patio as your family and friends enjoy the beach and the water!! Not only does this house sleep 22 guests, it also has a long list of features that very few rentals can offer. We have installed Starlink high speed internet for excellent cell service and speedy streaming services on devices and TVs, which helps if you must work from our home. Complete with a lake view from within the house, guests can enjoy the outdoor patio and be a steps from the water. This home is only minutes away from the boat launch, the Rayburn Country Resort/golf course restaurant and marina, the local grocery and gas station, as well as other restaurants. This HUGE 3000 square foot plus house sits at the edge of a gently sloping path directly to the clear waters of Lake Sam Rayburn! The patio is only 100 steps to the water! At normal or lower lake levels, guests can relax on a wide, sandy beach on the banks of the beautiful, clear lake. Guests can put out chairs and/or a canopy and set up along the water by day, and build a fire for s'mores by night! The main house is beautifully furnished with large wooden light fixtures, plush leather couches, and granite counters with wood floors throughout. The main living area has a large smart TV and bluetooth sound bar. The living/kitchen/dining has an oversized kitchen island lined with bar stools, which is usually the gathering and eating place of the guests. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, built in under-counter ice machine, ceramic cooktop, oven, and all the cooking essentials. A utility room provides the guests with a washer and dryer. The open living area includes a dining table for 8 that can be used for meals or table games and cards. The living area and all the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and we’ve also provided box fans for guests who like a low hum to sleep with or for extra cool comfort. Luggage racks are provided and can be placed inside the large closets, if desired. The first of two master suites has a king sleigh bed, large dresser, his/her nightstands, large, and private full bathroom. This luxury master bathroom has two vanities, a custom tile shower, soaker tub, and excessive large walk-in closet. There is a private, lockable toilet room for privacy. The second master suite has a queen panel bed, large smart TV, large closet, dresser, and its own private full bathroom. Across the house, there are two bedrooms, each with two queen beds. To accommodate these two bedrooms, there is one full bath with a double vanity between the rooms with access from both. Within the bathroom, there is a separate toilet and shower room with a lockable door for privacy. Next to the kitchen, there is a bunk room with two queen bunk beds. The spacious bedroom/game room above the garage accommodates up to 7 guests. Sleeping arrangements include one single bed, two queen beds, and two large sofas, full bathroom, along with a large smart TV opposite two sofas, as well as a hocky table. There is a lovely back porch that faces the water, and is breathtaking at sunset. The back of the house has windows so you have a nice lake view from inside or out. The back patio/outdoor kitchen is furnished with one sofa, 4 chairs, and has an outdoor granite counter with a sink. A separate charcoal is provided. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off sand from the lake. At the foot of our gated neighborhood, you can enjoy beautiful trails for hiking within Ebenezer Park. Towels and linens are provided along with basic pantry items such as cooking spices, oils, etc. The loft of the home provides ample games and activities for a rainy day. Some of the nation’s best fishing that Sam Rayburn Reservoir has to offer can be had right off the rock cliff point down by the water.- WiFi is accessible via hotspot provided (no cable, you can stream services like Netflix, etc.).-The water level of the lake will vary. Our swimming hole is clean and clear of grass/trees/debris but the sandy beach may not be as deep as shown at any given time. In the event that the water levels are extremely high, Ebenezer park is a short drive (or walk) for day pass access to their well maintained swim beach (April 1- Labor Day).- Boats can be rented from Powell Park Marina. Umphrey Pavilion is the closest Public boat ramp. (6 miles)- Max 3 Vehicles or 2 + watercraft trailer - there is limited parking. No cover. - NO Atvs/Utvs/Dirt Bikes/Golf carts both in the neighborhood or on the trails. Trails are Army Corp of Engineer controlled and you will be ticketed. - Please be advised that this rental is in the thick of the piney woods of East Texas. By nature, you understand that insects of many species are incredibly common here such as ticks, chiggers, mosquitoes, fire ants, etc. We do our best to eradicate/control our general area by use of residential pesticides but we cannot guarantee anything due to the nature of the natural habitat.
