This updated two story 4 bedroom 2 bath A-frame is fully furnished with comfort in mind.We thought of everything you will need to make your stay carefree. The two large bedrooms upstairs are furnished with king size beds and bunkbeds with a bathroom in the hall between. The upstairs bedroom in the front of the cabin has a deck overlooking the landscaped yard. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with queen size beds in each. There is also a bathroom in the hall between them. For extra sleeping space there is a hide-a-bed couch with a queen size mattress. For your little one we provide a pack & play. The dining room is furnished with a counter- high table and a built-in bar with five bar stools. There is central heat and air but if you like to sit around a fire on those chilly nights there is a wood burning stove in the living room. Also a fire pit and charcoal grill outside to roast hot dogs or make S'mores. We have plenty of games on hand, a smart TV, DVD player and an assortment of movies..Walking distance to Lake Catherine water access. Plenty of free onsite shared gravel parking just a few feet from the cabin entrance.KEYLESS ENTRY: Don’t worry about late arrivals! Feel free to self check in anytime after 3 PM. A code will be provided prior to arrival with instructions for using the keyless lock that will be used for the duration of your stay.LIVING ROOM: Opening directly from the front door (and rear patio door) the living room features a comfortable sofa near an old time wood-burning stove that is perfect for cold Fall, Winter, and Spring nights (limited firewood and starters are provided). A new large screen, smart Roku TV with YouTube TV (provided) and apps for use of your personal Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. accounts. Cell phone coverage is available for most of the property.OUTDOOR FEATURES: Enjoy a small deck with a 2-person glider that overlooks the forest, horseback trail, Prairie Bayou valley and Jack Mountain.
