The Webster Building was one of the first permanent structures in downtown Gunnison. Originally, the building had a retail shop on the first floor while the proprietor lived on the second floor. The third floor was used as a social hall and rumor has it was a place that Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday would play cards during their stay in Gunnison after Earp's vendetta ride.Currently, the first floor is home to Pawsitively Native, while the second and third floors are both lofts. Being in the tallest building downtown, you will have amazing views of the surrounding valley and mountains. Our loft is a great place to stay and relax as you experience everything the Gunnison Valley has to offer, while still being able to enjoy all the amenities of home.
