The pool area is shared with the owner but has two separate sides of all the complete comforts such as grill, lounges, chairs and tables. IF YOU WANT THE POOL TO BE PRIVATE, THERE WILL BE A $75 PER NIGHT FEE FOR THAT PRIVACY. The owners are super cool, down to earth mid-life people. Need not worry, you will still have your privacy. In the end 100 times better than what you will get at a Hilton with much needed space and all the fixings for a much smaller price tag.
