Newly renovated, at Sunshine Oaks you will find all the comforts of home and a central location. It is the perfect choice for a romantic getaway, golf trip, or vacation with the family. Inside Sunshine Oaks, there is a queen-size bed in the bedroom with a flatscreen Smart TV. The attached bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower. The living room is full of natural light and has two pull-out twin-size sofa beds, a flatscreen Smart TV, and a dining area and access to the bathroom as well. The newly remodeled kitchen area has slate countertops, a refrigerator, an electric stove/oven, a dishwasher, and both a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig. There is a back patio where you can relax in the Gulf breezes, and you are only steps away from a large in-the-ground pool! ***There should be no more than four people on the property unless prior permission is given.
