"Good location for taking an airboat tour through the Everglades. There are several restaurants nearby. Cleanliness is fine and the rooms are very large. Communication is poor, as you are not informed that check-in is on the other side of town and you only find out when you arrive at the hotel. In addition, the booking states that check-in is only until 7 p.m., but the reception is staffed 24/7."

"This is a beautiful property (even with the renovation of the pool that many reviewers have mentioned), but it seems not be a hotel. Rather, it seems owners of units have hired a management company to admit guests who have rented units, kind of like a time share. That's why there is but one concierge and several parking valets. There is no restaurant/room service and no staff, but our unit had everything we needed for its kitchen. (Pro tip: the last grocery store is a Wynn Dixie near the bridge as you come into the island. The good news is that we had a wonderful view and our room was especially comfortable. It was however showing the beginning signs of wear and tear - small stains on a chair, some darkening grout in the bathroom, stain around drain in the sink, etc. The TV's software did not allow for Iphone mirroring, and the archaic internet browser warned that there was no connection with the Google dinosaur! No Netflix, or Amazon Prime...We had to watch an important baseball game on or phones. When I went to the lobby, the concierge could only give me the reservations phone number, but did offer to send a valet to have a look at the TV! Guests do have beach privileges along with towels, chairs, etc. In spite of the small short comings, it was perfect for our 4th of July celebration; watching the fireworks from the comfort of our 10th floor balcony was wonderful. The proximity to local restaurants is especially convenient. If you understand that this property offers service like a time share rather than a luxury hotel, you won't be disappointed, especially if it is competitively priced. (You can compare the Hilton next door.) It also has adjoining rooms if you want to bring friends/family."

"Outside it looks like a normal American motel, but already at the reception you understand the care and cleaning of the place. A spacious and very clean room, outside a table with a parasol, but what is stunning is the indoor garden where a swimming pool, a cottage that also serves for breakfast, some corners to relax with a bed, or a chair with a round-stop and 3 isles with grills to prepare biscuits and vegetables to grill. About 10/15 minutes from the beaches I advise Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park parking $6 through QR codes, only chemical bathrooms otherwise Clam Pass Park $10 parking and there is a ship that brings you to the beach through a wooden bridge in the middle of the mangroves, spray with bar hygiene services and possibility to rent ombrells and beds"

"The room is simple and clean, the bed is very good to sleep, there is a gym and swimming pool, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the nearby beach, the location is ordinary, it is more convenient to drive, free parking is a plus."

"Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back."

"Excellent hotel! The location is perfect — very close to both 5th ave. and the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff was always very friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay."

"Our check in was held up while we waited for sometime come to the front desk - turns out he was outside taking a smoke break. At bedtime we realized that there were no linens for the pull out bed so headed to front desk to ask for them. Was told there were no blankets but when we insisted someone brought out from another room. Once we got back upstairs we discovered that it had a tennis ball size whole in it. The next day we asked for a replacement but were told none to be had. I was surprised at the sloppy work done to make the bed the next day and would have thought whoever was in housekeeping would have removed that blanket and replaced it but nope it was on the bed the next day Enjoyed breakfast and the staff that attended the breakfast bar were super friendly and attentive Heated pool was a plus for sure"
