This home is meticulously maintained and offers year-round living for all four seasons. There is plenty of room for your family and friends. Close to Killington (45 min), Okemo (45 min), Rutland (20 min) and more!The property has a dock, swimming/fishing area, deck, front porch, ground floor deck, fire pit, grill, outdoor dining and seating access to tons of biking and hiking trails, and views of the lake with beautiful sunsets. Although a stretch, one of the reasons we bought this quirky property was because it reminded us of our travels to the Amalfi coast: steep cliffs, fast cars and a short trek to the water....IYKYK. Our home is well situated. It has lake access, a private dock and two kayaks for your enjoyment (must wear life jackets). ( Dock is not set up for motor boats) Its walking distance to the LakeHouse Restaurant and Crystal Beach, a mile from the Taproom at LB Restaurant and Neshobe Beach. A kayak ride from all of those as well as Bomoseen State Park. 7 minutes to the town of Castleton, 10 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes to Rutland, 30 minutes to Middlebury, 40 minutes to both Killington and Okemo/Jackson Gore ski areas.
