The Bears Lair is located within the Waterville Valley Estates. When booking a stay at the Bears Lair, you get access to 2 free passes to the Waterville Valley Estates Community Center. Within the Estates is also a three trail ski mountain that offers night skiing and sledding. Campton mountain is a short drive or walk from the property. The house is spacious and cozy and gives you that true log cabin vibe. 10 minutes from Waterville Valley ski resort, 25 minutes to Loon Mountain, 30 minutes to Cannon Mountain.
