The kitchen is set with all the things you need including Alexa, there is WI-FI, smart TVs(Netflix, Youtube TV and Amazon Prime) and a washer and dryer. Ideally situated between downtown Brevard and the entrance to Pisgah Forest, the Chalet is on the ever-growing Rails and Trails bike bath that can take you anywhere.You will enjoy many unique features at this beautiful mountain home, such as a sweeping rock staircase just past the entry gate surrounded by a large native plant garden and a big elevated back deck designed for lounging, grilling, and entertaining friends and has a private hot tub! (Please note If you wish to use the hot tub there is a $25 maintenance fee per reservation. Just contact Gareth if you wish to use the tub)Inside, the large living room has comfortable leather furniture and a 65-inch TV with surround sound. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, and an oversized butcher block island with stools creates an excellent center gathering place. There is a full dining table that seats 6. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the 2 bedrooms upstairs have king beds. All are furnished and have full closets. 2 Luxurious bathrooms, one with a large tile and glass door shower and the other with a tub and shower combination.This PET-FRIENDLY home is a DOG HEAVEN! The whole lot is fenced, so you can bring your furry friends, who will have plenty of outside room to explore. We even have a spare dog bed and bowls just in case you don't bring your own!
