You can stay in our “Home” away from home, “Casa Mar Vista” located in the prestigious gated community of VILLA DE LAS PALMAS only steps from the beach access and 2 miles from downtown San Felipe. Our home is only 3 years old and approximately 3000 sq ft. One of the amenities includes a huge terrace with breathtaking views. This gorgeous home is steps from the water with beach access. The house has a single entrance which is then divided into two separate and private self contained units with attached oversized garage. THE LOWER unit includes 2 bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room and patio. The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom is also fully furnished with a queen size bed. Both the kitchen and dining room are fully equipped. The living room includes a convertible bed and satellite TV/DVD. This unit has a small private patio with a BBQ and access to the oversized garage/laundry area.The UPPER unit has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room and private balcony.
