"Everything was great, from the service to the cleanliness. However, please pay attention to the condition of the room facilities. I booked two rooms, and both had issues, which made my stay uncomfortable.
Room 2321: The AC was broken, and even when the door was tightly shut, it still made noise. I was eventually moved to room 2407.
Room 2322: The hot water was unstable, alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold (due to unstable water pressure). After reporting it to staff, it still couldn't be fixed. These issues really disturbed the comfort of my stay.
It's a shame, especially since the hotel is new.
I wonder if there was a ministerial delegation staying at the time, making the rooms full, and I just happened to get two faulty rooms. Although one room was decent after the move, it was still quite an inconvenience."

- Cleanliness is poorly maintained
- The toilet smells a bit
