"From the room decoration, it is a hotel with a sense of age. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was a warm and polite reception at the front desk. I specially introduced where the breakfast pool is. If you need it, you can call for rent and so on. It feels good. Say something that is not satisfactory: 1Stayed for two days, the first night air conditioning was OK, relatively stable, the second night air conditioning was not a constant temperature state, a while the air conditioner started cold, quickly covered the quilt, a while hot to open the quilt, the whole night was between the hot wake up and the cold wake up, did not sleep well. 2 Specially for the hotel beach and pool, but the beach is opposite the hotel, across the road, but the whole Karamata is like this, the beach on the side of the promenade is the beach, and the hotel bar restaurant on the side. It doesn't matter if you are opposite, but there is no proprietary area beach. Bath towels must be asked for at the front desk. When you return to the hotel, you must return to the front desk. You can't take bath towels freely on the beach. You have to wear a swimsuit to go upstairs at the hotel. In fact, it is completely possible if the waiter collects bath towels from the room. Besides, the hotel's swimming pool is very large and beautiful. It can be used after 10 am. It will be closed at 7 pm. If you come back from the beach, it is impossible to go to the pool and play for a while. Rarely encounter a pool that is not received so early. In the pool, hotel guests must also consume to play. We ordered pizza and chips, and we left half of them without eating. We went swimming and came back without confirming to us and was taken away (the lounge chairs were all our items, and it was not long after ordering). After responding to the staff, we filled us with chips, and the pizza couldn’t make up two pieces (the waiter said we had two left, but we actually went swimming after eating two pieces) and the remaining pizza made up two ice creams for us. The attitude of the waiter, from the apology before the filling to the arrogance of the filling, is very uncomfortable. In short, this price corresponds to such facilities and services, and the price is not high."

"The location was not great if you are not traveling with a car. I used the bus and cabs to get to Kalamata. Walking around Messini was not ideal, but I did manage. The staff was very nice. The room had a balcony, which I enjoyed. My biggest issue with the room itself was that the air conditioning didn’t work, at least not properly."

"Amazing stay. The best resort by far. Everything from the service, the facilities offered, the food, the cleanliness - absolutely perfect. Fantastic for kids! A couple of things I was not too happy with was that all the outdoor swimming pool floors at the Westin, are using not your standard tile material but one that causes major friction on the feet. Both me and my child got our toe skin cut after 2-3 days from walking about and playing in the pools. Also, all the outdoor pools close at 6pm when the sun in Greece during summer sets at 9pm. Lifeguard staff literally force you away. Other than the above comments we had a fabulous stay. "

"Excellent service, but I suggest you rethink the spa pool policy in the low season. The outside pool was closed for the winter, and no point in booking a more expensive room with an attached private pool (unheated), which leaves the downstairs spa pool. Charging guests to use this for 45-minute sessions meant the pool was empty and unavailable for a spontaneous dip. Perhaps instead, you can allow a limited number of guests to use the pool at any one time. Location: There's a well-lit path into town, but it's a LONG walk. The hotel was very helpful in arranging a taxi. Breakfast was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive."

"Schönes Hotel, Pool perfekt, sehr sauber, Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt an einer doch gut befahrenen Strasse, Dadurch stinkt es um die Poolbar oft nach Abgas, was wohl auch durch die direkt dort befindliche Ampel verstärkt wird. Durch den ab ca. 6:00 beginnenden Verkehr, ist es durch die Unvernunft einiger Moped- und Autofahrer oft sehr laut. Den Strand erreicht man über die Strasse. dieser ist sauber aber nur ca. 20m breit mit Kieselsteinen. Liegen und Schirm am Strand kostenfrei. Handtücher für Pool und Strand ebenso kostenlos. Zimmer sehr schön groß, mit Blick aufs Meer. . Zimmerservice perfekt! Der Frühstücksservice ist sehr verbesserungswürdig: Spiegeleier kalt, Speck kalt, Oft fehlt Kaffee und heißes Wasser für Tee. Oft sind keine Tassen, keine Unterteller vorhanden., Das Frühstücks-Personal ist echt freundlich, aber das Lächeln hilft auch nicht immer. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen, aber 5 Sterne finde ich stark übertrieben. 4 Sterne reichen auch, Frühstück 3 Sterne Getränkepreise etwas zu hoch: Aperol Spritz 10€, Bier 0,4l 5€ etc"

"Θα μπορούσε να ήταν 10’ αν δεν υπήρχανκαποια πραγματάκια !Οπως το χερούλι στο μπάνιο ήταν σπασμένο ,το τασάκι όταν φτάσαμε ήταν γεμάτο τσιγάρα αφημένο στο τραπεζι(δε καπνίσουμε όπως μας ενόχλησε λίγο παραπάνω ) η τηλεόραση δε λειτουργούσε γιατί είχε πρόβλημα η κεραία ,δεν είχε ούτε ένα νερό δώρο κατά την άφιξη μας !Δλδ πήραμε ένα νερό που δεν ήταν καν μέσα στο ψυγείο και μας το χρέωσαν ενώ είχαμε πει για τα θέματα του δωματίου !Ειχαμε άλλα δύο δωμάτια στην παρέα μας που είχαν κλείσει στα ισόγεια δωμάτια με Πισίνα και ενημερώθηκα από τους ίδιους ότι έκλεισαν με τα ίδια λεφτά δωμάτιο με πισίνα ενώ και γω είχα καλέσει κ μου είπαν ότι δε γίνονται εκπτώσεις !Το προσωπικό απίστευτα ευγενικό ,η θέα υπέροχη ,τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα το πρωινό μέτριο !"

"Very beautiful property by the beach with magnificent bay views. Rooms are big and modern with very comfy beds and pillows. Several pools with plenty of sunloungers and extra fluffy towels. Very good quality breakfast with extensive choice, and many food options for dinner in the Agora “village” within the premises. The only issue is the service at breakfast, which is lacklustre and feels a bit chaotic. All in all, I will recommend this hotel and will be glad to stay here again!"
