"The hotel's front desk service was particularly poor. Upon check-in, I explained I'd already booked and paid on Trip.com, but the receptionist showed no respect, insisting I hadn't paid. Later, I called the manager over, who abruptly stated we'd already paid, offering no apology for their previous rudeness.
The room was small and barely adequate. Don't expect too much in Greenland; it's basically nothing. The hotel is close to the airport, but still a distance from the town center. Those with a car should consider this carefully.
We checked out at 10 a.m. and asked if we could check in later, as our flight wasn't at noon. As expected, we were given another rude treatment. I can only say the hotel doesn't think it needs to be polite, but I definitely wouldn't recommend staying with such an attitude. Of course, options in Greenland are limited, so if you have no other options, you might want to stay here."
